Paneer Hyderabadi Recipe : Ingredients : - Paneer 200gms cut into cubes - Curd 2 tbsp - Cream 2 tbsp - Whole garam masala: 1 black cardamom (elaichi) 4 green cardamom (elaichi) 4 Cloves (lavang) Two 1 inch Cinnamon(dalchini) - Spice powders : Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder ½ tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 Kasuri methi 1 tsp - Salt to taste - Green chillis - 1 finely chopped For the paste : - Spinach (Palak) one small bunch, roughly chopped - Coriander leaves one bunch, roughly chopped - Green chillies- 2 roughly chopped - Onions sliced-1 medium - Tomatoes, small - 2 - Ginger -1 inch piece - Garlic- 7 cloves Preparation: - Add 1 tbsp oil & add onions.Fry till the onion is just soft - Add the ginger garlic & green chillies & fry for a minute - Now add the tomato & cook till soft. - Add the spinach and cook till soft & add the coriander leaves. - Just mix it well & switch off - Cool this & blend it into a smooth paste Process : - Heat oil & add the whole garam masalas. Flavour the oil & remove - Now add the finely chopped green chillies & then the green paste. Cook for 3-4 mins - Switch off the heat & add the beaten curd & the cream. Mix well & cook on low flame for few minutes till oil separates - Now add the powders other than garam masala & kasuri methi. Also add the salt - Once oil separates add the paneer pieces. After 2 mins add the garam Masala powder. Mix well - At the end add the crushed kasuri methi , mix well & simmer till done

Full recipe for Hyderabadi paneer masala Prep time: 15 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: • Spinach 1 big bunch • Boiling water for blanching • Oil 2 tbsp • Cloves 4-5 nos. • Bay leaf 2 nos. • Green cardamom 3-4 nos. • Cinnamon stick 1 inch • Black cardamom 1 no. • Garlic cloves 7-8 nos. • Ginger 1 inch • Green chillies 2-3 nos. • Onion 2-3 medium size (sliced) • Tomatoes 2-3 medium size • Salt to taste • Fresh coriander ½ cup • Oil 1 tbsp • Jeera 1 tsp • Ginger 1 inch (julienne) • Red chili powder 1 tbsp • Coriander powder 1 tbsp • Turmeric powder ½ tsp • Curd 3 tbsp • Paneer 450 gm (cube) • Paneer 50 gm (grated) • Garam masala 1 tsp • Kasuri methi 1 tsp Method: • Blanch the entire bunch of spinach for 2 minutes. Dip into ice cold water immediately. • Heat oil in a wok and add the whole spices and sauté for 1 minute. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion, cook until onions are translucent. • Add tomatoes and salt, cook until tomatoes are mushy. • Add fresh coriander leaves, blanched spinach leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some water to cool down to room temperature. Grind into a fine paste. • Heat oil in a wok, add jeera and allow it to splutter, add ginger and sauté for a minute, add the paste and mix well. • Add the powdered spices, stir and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. • Add curd 3 tbsp, stir continuously immediately after adding it. • Cover and cook until the oil is released, stir in intervals and add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. • Add the paneer cubes to the gravy, mix well without breaking the delicate paneer cubes. • Grate paneer separately and add to the gravy, cook for 2-3 minutes. • Add garam masala, kasuri methi and salt to taste. • Serve hot with naan, roti, rice or as per your preference. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, corainder powder, cumin powder, salt and mix. 12. Dilute it with some water. 13. Cover and cook until oil separates. 14. Now add the cubed paneer pieces and mix. 15. Add another cip of water and mix. 16. Finally add garam masala, kasuri methi, and cook for 5 mins. 17. Hyderabadi Paneer Masala ready. Ingredients: • 2 tsp Oil • 3 medium size chopped Onions • 7~8 Garlic cloves • Chopped Ginger • 1 chopped Tomato • 1 cup Spinach leaves • Coriander leaves • 2~3 tsp Oil • Green cardamom • Cinnamon • Cloves • Black peppercorns • Ginger juliennes • Slit Green chilies • 2 cubes Butter (Optional) • Red chili powder • Garam masala • Coriander powder • 1/2 cup Water • Salt to taste • Kasuri methi • 1 tsp Fresh cream (Optional) • 250 gm Paneer Method: • Heat up oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, ginger. • Fry everything well together on medium heat until onion changes the color for about 7-8 minutes. • Add tomato and fry for another 3-4 minutes. • Add spinach leaves and fry for about 2-3 minutes. • Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves. • Mix well and let the mixture cool down completely. • Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and blend into paste without adding any water. Masala is all ready. • Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and add green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns, ginger, green chilies. • Mix well and fry a little. • Add the blended masala and fry for about 4-5 minutes. • Add butter, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder and fry everything together until the masala leaves the pan for about 4-5 minutes. • Adding butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want. • When masala begins to release oil add water, salt, kasuri methi and mix well. • Add fresh cream and mix well. Adding fresh cream is optional. • You can skip it if you don’t want. Add paneer and mix well. • Cover and cook everything well together for just 5 minutes. • Turn off the gas Hyderabadi paneer is all ready. • You can serve it with naan, paratha, roti or fulka. Remove and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds, clove, black pepper, sesame seeds, garlic cloves, red chillies. Sauté till fragrant. Add the chopped ginger and cook till the ginger is fragrant. Remove from heat cool the spices. Grind the spices to a smooth paste with ¼ cup water. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan and add curry leaves and onion to it. Sauté them from a few minutes until the onions turn light brown. Now, add ground masalas, dry spices and mix well. Add the yoghurt, 1 cup water and mix well. Finally, add the fried paneer pieces. Simmer for about 10 minutes or till the oil floats on top. ... Hyderabadi Paneer is a rich and nawabi preparation of cottage cheese in the spices and cream. It is a typical style hyderabadi recipe flavored with spicy masala and fresh cream. Ingredients: 300 g paneer 2 medium size onion 3 medium size tomato 1 handful of coriander leaves 1 handful of spinach 3-4 green chillies 3 tbsp yogurt 3 tbsp malai or cream 1 tsp salt 1tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp kasuri methi 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 3 green cardamom 1 black cardamom 1 inch cinnamon stick 1 tsp garlic paste or 8-10 cloves 1 inch ginger or 1 tsp paste 4-5 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter ( optional) Method: -Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil into this, once oil heats up, add chopped onion into this, fry it till it becomes soft. -Add green chillies, ginger ,garlic and roughly chopped tomatoes into this, fry it for 2-3 min. -Add spinach and coriander leaves into this.mix well, cover this with a lid and cook for 3-4 min. on low heat. -Turn off the flame and take this off into a bowl, let it cool and make a fine paste into a grinder. -Heat pan add 3-4 oil into this, once oil heats up add whole hot spices into this, fry it for few seconds. -Add all powdered spices into this and little water, fry for few minutes, add the spinach and coriander paste into this, fry for few minutes. -Add yogurt, kasuri methi and garam masala powder. -Fry it for 2 min. -Add cream and cook for 1 min. -Add paneer pieces, mix well, cover the lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 min. -Turn off the flame. -Ready to serve. Stuffed Paneer Recipe, paneer ki recipe, Panir Narmada recipe, jhatpat paneer snacks recipe, paneer evening snacks recipe, #PaneerNarmada #PaneerRecipe #StuffedPaneer Ingredients for Paneer Narmada Paneer - पनीर - 200 gms Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp Cashew - काजू - 4, chopped Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 3 Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 3,chopped Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated Green Capsicum - हरी शिमला मिर्च - 1/2, chopped Red Capsicum - लाल शिमला मिर्च - 1/2, chopped Yellow Capsicum - पीली शिमला मिर्च - 1/2, chopped Tomato - टमाटर - 1, chopped Salt - नमक - less than 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce - शेज़वान सॉस - 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce - टमाटर सॉस - 2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - काली मिर्च - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 1 tsp Vinegar - सिरका - 1 tsp Cornflour - कॉर्नफ्लोर - 2 tbsp For Paneer Stuffing: Cashew - काजू - 10-12 Melon Seeds - खरबूजे के बीज - 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds - तिल - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 1 tbsp Curd - दही - 1 tbsp Salt - नमक - 1/3 tsp Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground For Slurry: Refined Flour - मैदा - 2 tbsp Corn flour - कॉर्नफ्लोर - 2 tbsp Salt - नमक - 1/8 tsp How to prepare Paneer Narmada? 1. Take 200 grams of paneer pack and divide it into 4-equal parts. 2. Cut paneer parts into triangular shapes, further cut them from the center into pairs. 3. Add 10-12 cashews, 2 tbsp of melon seeds, 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, 1-2 tbsp of green coriander to the mixer, and blend into a fine paste. 4. Mix 1 tbsp of curd, 1/3 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of red chili powder in the blended mixture. 5. Take paneer in pairs and spread stuffing inside them. 6. Take 2 tbsp of maida and 2 tbsp of cornflour in a bowl. Add water gradually and prepare a pouring consistency slurry. 7. Add 1/8 tsp of salt to the slurry and mix well. Preheat the oil in the Kadai for frying stuffed paneer pieces. 8. When the oil is hot, dip the paneer pieces in the slurry and add them to the oil. 9. Fry the paneer pieces over medium-high heat till light brown. 10. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the Kadai and fry 4-chopped cashews in medium hot oil. 11. Add 3-red chilies and 3-green chilies (slit lengthways) to the Kadai and roast them briefly. 12. Add 1 tsp of ginger paste and 3-colored capsicum slices and saute them over high heat. 13. Add 1-sliced tomato, less than 1 tsp of salt, and cook them over high heat for 2 minutes. 14. Add 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp of vinegar, and cook over medium heat. 15. After 2 minutes, add paneer pieces and 2 tbsp of cornflour mixture to the Kadai. 16. Add remaining stuffing and cook the dish over low-medium heat till the water dries. 17. For Masala In a non-stick pan, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, dry roast on medium flame. Transfer it into a bowl, add salt to taste once it cools down, grind it into a fine powder. For Paneer Masala In a deep bottom pan, add oil, ghee once it is hot, add star anise, curry leaves, cumin seeds and let it splutter well. Add prepared ginger garlic paste and saute it on medium flame until light brown in color. Add onion and saute it well. Add coriander powder, guntur red chilli powder and keep sauteing until the spices turn aromatic. Add tomato, green chilli and saute it well until tomatoes turn soft. Add little water and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add prepared masala, curry leaves and mix it well. Add fried paneer and mix everything well. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix it well. Garnish it with fried curry leaves and serve hot with roti. For Paneer Marination In a bowl, add paneer, a pinch of asafoetida, turmeric powder, a pinch of degi red chilli powder, oil and marinate well. Buy Supradyn®️ Now - 🤍 Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: 🤍 Recipe : Hyderabadi Paneer Biryani Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 40 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: for marination: 1 cup curd / yogurt (thick) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ¼ tsp turmeric ¾ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tbsp biryani masala 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped) 2 tbsp mint / pudina (chopped) 1 tsp oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 250g Paneer ½ cup fried onion for rice: 6 cup water 2 pods cardamom 4 cloves 1 inch cinnamon 2 bay leaf 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 2 tsp oil 1 chilli (slit) 2 cups basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) for biryani: 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp ghee 2 bay leaf 1 star anise 1 pod black cardamom 1 mace / javitri 2 pods cardamom 1 tsp shah jeera ½ onion (sliced) 2 tbsp coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp mint 2 tbsp fried onion pinch biryani masala 2 tbsp saffron milk 1 tsp ghee ¼ cup water Method: In a large bowl take 1 cup curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, ¾ tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp biryani masala, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp salt. Whisk and combine well making sure the spices are well combined. Add paneer cubes and fried onions. Mix gently making sure everything is combined well. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. Soak rice for at least 20 minutes. In a large vessel take 6 cup water. Add the whole spices, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil and 1 chilli. Boil for 2 minutes or until flavours is in the water. add the basmati rice and stir well. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until rice is half cooked. do not cook fully. #zaykapremierleague #hyderabadipaneermasala #paneersabji Hyderabadi Paneer Masala Ingredients FOR PREPARING PUREE : Oil - 2 Tablespoons Onion / Pyaz - 2 Chopped Ginger / Adrakh - 1 Inch chopped Garlic / Lahsun - 8 to 10 Cloves Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 1 Chopped Cashew / Kaju - 5 to 6 chopped Tomato / Tamatar - 2 Chopped Spinach / Palak - A handful chopped Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful FOR PREPARING HYDERABADI PANEER MASALA : Oil - 2 Tablespoons Bay leaf / Tej patta - 1 Cinnamon stick / Dalchini - 2 Cloves / Laung - 2 Cardamom / Elaichi - 2 Black peppercorns / Kali mirch - 4 to 5 Salt - As per taste Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder - 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder/ Lal Mirch Powder - 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder - 1 Teaspoon All spice mix powder / Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon Water - as required Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 200gms Diced Dry fenugreek leaves / Kasuri methi - 1 Teaspoon Curd / Dahi - 1 Tablespoon whisked Fresh cream - 2 Teaspoons + For garnishing Instructions FOR PREPARING PUREE : 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on a high flame. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilli, and cashews. Mix well. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame. 2. Add tomato. Mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on a high flame. 3. Now add spinach and coriander leaves. Mix well. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame till tomatoes and onion turn soft. 4. Once done, turn off the flame. Let it cool down. Then transfer it into a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds and prepare its puree. Keep it aside. FOR PREPARING HYDERABADI PANEER MASALA : 5. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and black peppercorns. Mix well. 6. Then add the ground puree. Mix well and saute it for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame till oil separates. 7. Now add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, all spice mix powder, and little water. Mix well. 8. Now add paneer, dry fenugreek leaves by rubbing between palms, curd and fresh cream. Mix well. Once done, take it out to a serving bowl.
